Returns and Exchanges of Goods and Right of Withdrawal from Purchase in Online Store

The customer (this applies exclusively to individuals who acquire the item for purposes outside their commercial activity) has the right to notify the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

The customer must inform the seller in writing of the intended return via email at info@petonline.si, and the goods must be returned no later than fourteen (14) days from the written notice of withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice sent to the customer by the seller must accompany the return, along with a completed withdrawal form (which we will send to your email address in response to your written notice of the desired return of the product/products). The customer must then return the items immediately or no later than 14 days from the notice of withdrawal from the contract. It is considered that the customer has returned the goods in a timely manner if they send them before the expiration of the 14-day return period.

The customer is obliged to bear all costs incurred in returning the purchased item. The items must be securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage or loss of their properties, and returned via registered mail. Any improperly packaged items or those that have visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted by the seller and will be returned to the customer at their expense. In the case of purchasing devices (trimmers, remote controls, etc.) that come with a battery, the battery must not be inserted, and the product must not be activated, as otherwise, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

Simply returning the goods within the withdrawal period without notifying the seller does not count as withdrawal from the contract.

The seller does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. The purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Purchased goods, provided that they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging, can be returned to the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods and exchanged for another item. Any difference in the value of the goods must be paid. The cost of return and the cost of resending for another item is fully borne by the customer.
