Shipping Policy

 

Retail Slovenia: The cost of preparation, packaging, and delivery of an order, including VAT, is €4.95. The cost of preparation, packaging, and delivery is free for shipments with a total value including VAT exceeding €39.00 (with discounts already applied). The costs for re-preparation, repackaging, and redelivery of an already shipped order that has been returned by the courier service and/or not picked up by the customer, including VAT, is €4.95.

 

Wholesale Slovenia: The cost of preparation, packaging, and delivery of an order, including VAT, is €7.99. The cost of preparation, packaging, and delivery is free for shipments with a total value including VAT exceeding €134.20 (with discounts already applied). The costs for re-preparation, repackaging, and redelivery of an already shipped order that has been returned by the courier service and/or not picked up by the customer, including VAT, is €7.99.

 

The cost of preparation, packaging, and delivery of goods is included in the purchase price as a separate item. The costs of any potential returns are borne by the buyer. The seller may decide that under certain and pre-known conditions or during specific periods, shipping may also be free. The contractual partners for the delivery of shipments are DPD (DPD, courier and parcel distribution, d.o.o.) and GLS (General Logistics Systems, Logistical Services d.o.o.), but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.

 

After placing an order in the Pet on Line Online Store, the customer receives an order confirmation on their email address on the same day. The order of products is considered a valid sales contract.

 

Retail Slovenia: The seller will pack and ship the ordered product(s) within 1 - 3 working days. Based on the official delivery time of our contractual logistics partner (1 - 3 working days), the customer typically receives the ordered shipment within 2 to a maximum of 6 working days after placing the order, or in the case of payment by pro forma invoice, within 2 to a maximum of 6 working days after receiving the payment for the pro forma invoice. The customer will always receive an invoice for their order, which may also be provided only in electronic form.

If a certain product is unfortunately out of stock and the delivery would therefore take longer than 6 (six) working days, we will notify you by phone or email, so it is important to enter your details correctly when registering in the online store.

 

Wholesale Slovenia: The seller will pack and ship the ordered product(s) within 1 - 7 working days. Based on the official delivery time of our contractual logistics partner (1 - 3 working days), the wholesale customer typically receives the ordered shipment within 2 to a maximum of 10 working days after placing the order, or in the case of payment by pro forma invoice, within 2 to a maximum of 10 working days after receiving the payment for the pro forma invoice. The wholesale customer will always receive an invoice for their order, which may also be provided only in electronic form.
