This tool for removing dead undercoat and for detangling is made up of a black plastic handle reinforced with glass fibers and stainless steel blades. Medium density tool, distance between blades 3.5 mm.

The special geometry of the blades ensures good penetration into the hair when used correctly. You can effectively and gently remove about 90% of dead hair.

Easy to use: with a light pressure on the hair, hold and comb in the direction of growth with the other hand (with long strokes), then remove the hair from the blades with your hands.

Suitable for long-haired breeds (e.g. Bobtail) for preparation or for complete treatment of coarse, wiry hair.
Also suitable for grooming horse manes (for normal manes, e.g. for warmblood horses)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Use on dry hair and on the taut skin of your pet. Move the tool exclusively in the direction of hair growth with feeling and gently. Do not linger in one area of the coat. Be cautious in sensitive areas such as the belly, paws, genitals, and lower parts of the body. We recommend regularly brushing your pet with an appropriate brush to avoid potential matting.
For grooming horse manes:
Matted hair is cut because the blades inside are very sharp.
Easy to use: Lay the mane on the 'wrong' side and comb it layer by layer. Place the processed layer back on the 'right' side, repeating this until the entire thickness of the mane is groomed. Please do not groom the mane simply from the top, on the right side!
